In the following line I am going to describe some of the most important disadvantages that you are going to experience when having credit cards.

- You should have to pay interests: It could be disadvantage for many people but you should know that credit card rate of interest is the way issuing banks and financial institution get revenue from customers. Also, the rate of interest you pay each month is part of the fee you have to pay for use your credit card. Something that you should evaluate when you are going to sign your credit card contract is investigating well the monthly rate that is going to be applied to your credit card. When you have high credit card score, banks often provide a lower credit card monthly rate than those customers “-credit card users-” having a worst credit card score.

- If you pay late your have to pay an extra rate: If you have to pay your credit card, try always to do it on time because, you will have to pay an extra rate. It is something that can affect many people in Australia because the rate of people that cant pay on time is very high.

- Pay later could affect your credit score: On the other hand, if you often times make your credit card payments late, it is going to impact your credit card score. It is important that you know that paying “early or late” is not the same. Banks take this as a reference for future decisions of loans they you need or require.

- Credit cards can make you loss the control: Credit cards are very easy to use everywhere and you know that human needs are unlimited “even though resources are limited- but if you have a credit card with sufficient limit you could feel enticed to use it without control.
